Sr. Executive - Stores (F/M/D)

Responsibilities

• Manpower Handling of on roll or contractual (contingent or lease). Avoid Line losses
• Indenting for below minimum stock level material
• Inventory Counting and Reconciliation
• Daily and Monthly MIS and Reports, Sales and Stock Reports
• Supplier scheduling and arranging material for production before time
• Location availability for new material and Taking care of non-slow-moving material
• Electronic Waybill (E-Waybill) reconciliation
  

Qualifications

• Must have bachelor's degree (Any Graduate). Experience in Material Management preferred. Work Location is Phulgaon
• Minimum 10 years in SAP MM and WM Module (Material Management and Warehouse Management),
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Material in-warding and sub-contracting documents, Transport Management, various types of consumables
• Monitoring Purchase rejection through system and physically, Material availability on time
• Direct and Indirect operator's trainings and utilizations
• House Keeping and 5S of the area, HSE (Health Safety Environment) and ISO (International Organization for Standardization) implementation
• Responsible for Internal or External Audits legal or required documentation
