This role involves overseeing a variety of SAP-HCM administrative tasks, managing personnel, and contributing to the overall success of the organization.
Location : Doddaballapur , Bangalore
Completely work from Office
Implementation , Management and maintenance of SAP HCM is must
· Min. 6 years of experience working in SAP environment.
· Knowledge of implementing SAP projects for HR process.
. Experience in updates of SAP, Patch updates, & process change management
è Managing SAP HCM Module
è Maintenance of SAP HCM Module – OM, PM, TM, PY.
è Project Implementations
è Understanding HCM development/ change requirements.
è Testing and confirmation of new developments.
è Support and maintenance of SAP PMS Module.
è SAP HCM project management & implementation.
è Working with external support consultant.
è Time Attendance Management
è Org Structure Management
è Backend support for payroll & trouble shooting
è Update & upgrade system based on requirement.
è Coordinate with global SAP team for change requirements & project implementation.
è Audit support
è Compliance Support monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, & annually.
è ESS/MSS – Maintenance & Creation
Technical support to HR team
