Role & responsibilities

Managing payroll & organisation management with SAP.
Understanding SAP HCM development/ change requirements
Process change management and maintenance SAP HCM Module- OM, PM, TM, PY.
Testing and confirmation of new developments
Backend support for payroll & trouble shooting
Audit & Compliance support

Preferred candidate profile

Min. 4+ years of experience working in SAP HCM environment.and supporting payroll.
Knowledge of implementing SAP projects for HR process.
Knowledge of payroll management, Time management & related compliance.
Knowledge of success factor
