Sr. Executive ( Sales and Marketing )

You are a Senior Executive in Sales & Marketing at a Publication House based in Agra. Your role involves driving sales growth, managing client relationships, expanding market reach, and promoting products to educational institutions, bookstores, and distributors. Frequent travel is required for business purposes. Your key responsibilities include developing and implementing effective sales strategies, identifying potential clients, conducting product presentations, negotiating and closing sales deals, collecting market feedback, managing sales reporting, participating in marketing campaigns, and monitoring competitor activities and market trends. You will also be required to collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and strategies, as well as prepare and submit regular sales reports. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Sales & Marketing within the publication industry, strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills, the ability to travel extensively for work, good presentation and interpersonal skills, strong market research and analytical abilities, and a proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets. You should be self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently. Ideally, you should hold a graduate degree in any discipline, with an MBA in Sales/Marketing being preferred.
