Job Summary:

The Sr. Executive Relationship Associate will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships to enhance customer satisfaction, drive business growth, and promote the company's financial products and services. The role involves providing client support, identifying business opportunities through cross-selling and upselling, and ensuring smooth account management and service delivery.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Act as the primary contact for client interactions, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing personalized service.
  • Manage client accounts, including new account openings, updates, and transaction processing, while ensuring accurate record-keeping.
  • Provide basic financial advisory support, helping clients understand investment options, risk profiles, and financial planning strategies.
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell financial products and services aligned with clients goals.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of the organization's financial products, including features, benefits, and associated risks.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding, documentation, and after-sales support.
  • Contribute to achieving sales and client retention targets through proactive relationship management and service excellence.
