Sr. Executive QC

Department: Quality Control – Formulation
Industry: Pharmaceutical (Formulation)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• To supervise and execute Quality Control activities for finished products, in-process samples, raw materials, and packaging materials.
• Review and approve analytical data, test reports, COAs, and logbooks.
• Ensure analysis as per approved STPs, specifications, pharmacopoeias (IP, BP, USP).
• Handle and investigate OOS, OOT, deviations, and prepare CAPA.
• Ensure proper calibration and maintenance of QC instruments (HPLC, GC, UV, Dissolution, IR, etc.).
• Support method validation, method transfer, and stability studies.
• Monitor environmental conditions and ensure GMP compliance in QC labs.
• Train and guide junior executives/analysts.
• Participate in internal, external, and regulatory audits.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, GLP, and data integrity requirements.
• Maintain documentation as per regulatory guidelines.

Qualification:

• B.Pharm / M.Pharm / M.Sc (Chemistry) or equivalent.

Experience:

• 4–7 years of relevant experience in QC of formulation pharma company.

Key Skills:

• Strong knowledge of GMP & regulatory guidelines
• Hands-on experience with analytical instruments
• Documentation & investigation skills
• Team handling and coordination

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,331.45 - ₹43,931.68 per month
