Sr. Executive QC

Quality Control and Assurance:

Perform quality checks on garments at various stages of production, including raw materials, in-process garments, and finished products.Ensure that garments conform to the required specifications, measurements, and quality standards.Develop and implement quality control procedures and checklists to detect defects early in the production process.

Process Monitoring and Improvement:

Monitor the production process to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications.Identify areas of improvement in production processes and work with the production team to implement changes that enhance quality.Conduct regular audits of production lines to ensure compliance with quality protocols.

Inspection and Testing:

Conduct thorough inspections of incoming raw materials (fabrics, trims, accessories) to ensure they meet quality requirements.Document inspection results and communicate findings to the Qa manager.

Problem Solving and Corrective Actions:

Identify root causes of quality issues and collaborate with the production team to develop and implement corrective and preventive actions.Address and resolve customer complaints related to product quality in a timely manner.

Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of quality checks, inspection results, and corrective actions.Prepare and present quality reports to management, highlighting key quality issues, trends, and areas for improvement.

Training and Development:

Train production staff on quality standards, inspection techniques, and quality control procedures.Promote a culture of quality awareness and continuous improvement within the production unit.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
