Job Description

Role: Sr. Executive / Asst. Manager Purchase. (RM)

(from Pharmaceutical Industry only)

Experience: 4 yrs above

Location: Ludhiana

Desired Candidate Profile:

We're seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Raw Material Purchaser to source high-quality raw

materials for our pharmaceutical products. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of

procurement processes, supplier management, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and procure raw materials that meet quality, regulatory, and cost standards.

• Manage supplier relationships, negotiate prices, and ensure timely delivery.

• Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and opportunities for cost savings.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, GMP, and company policies.

• Collaborate with Quality and Production teams to ensure raw material quality and availability.

• Maintain accurate records of purchases, inventory, and supplier performance.

Requirements:

• 4 years of experience in procurement or purchasing of Raw Material in the pharmaceutical

industry.

• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and GMP guidelines.

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.

• Knowledge of pharmaceutical raw materials and suppliers.
