Sr Executive - Project Management

1. Work on various projects at Kohler India Technical Center in Pune
   
   
   
   1. Support global business teams on various projects
   
   
   2. Analyze project data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
   
   
   3. Requirements gathering
   
   
   4. Coordination with stakeholders for alignments
   
   
   5. Support in executing projects on time by following up with internal teams and stakeholders
   
   
   6. Conduct daily/weekly meetings, follow up with teams to ensure that tasks are completed
   
   
   7. Assist in documenting and publishing project reports
   
   
   
   

1. Data Analysis and Reporting:
   
   
   
   1. Utilize data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau) to create insightful reports and dashboards
   
   
   2. Perform data extraction, transformation, and analysis to ensure data integrity and accuracy
   
   
   3. Develop and maintain data models to support project analysis and decision-making
   
   
   4. Provide data-driven insights to support project planning and execution
   
   
   5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data requirements
   
   
   6. Automate data processing and reporting tasks to improve efficiency
   
   
   
   

1. Reporting and Continuous Improvement, ISO:
   
   
   
   1. Initiate and generate various reports (operational metrics)
   
   
   2. Benchmark and implement various methods to improve productivity and efficiency
   
   
   3. Be a part of the ISO team executing flawless project documentation
   
   
   
   

Required:

• Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills


• Strong problem-solving abilities


• Sound stakeholder management with global counterparts (US, APAC, EMEA)


• Knowledge of Project Management skills


• Knowledge of Process Improvement skills


• Proficient in Excel and Power BI/Tableau


• Minimum 5+ years of experience (including approximately 2+ years in a core Project/Data Management role)


• Documentation skills, attention to detail

Preference for candidates would be given if they have:

• 6+ years of experience (including 3+ years in Project/Data Management role)


• Experience in Past roles in Engineering is a bonus.


• Data Management / Data Analytics experience preferred.


• CAPM/Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt Certification is an added advantage.
