Responsibilities:

• Lead the ideation process for new products and conduct market research to identify customer needs and trends.
• Source and develop new vendors to enhance the supplier network
• Develop products that reflect the brand's philosophy and positioning
• Negotiate contracts, payment terms, product cost and ensure cost-effective delivers resulting in optimal value for the organization
• Responsible for effective planning, scheduling, and execution of the repeat orders with third-party vendors
• Collaborate with all the stakeholders to plan and execute new product launches from trial & testing, product nomenclature, product registration, pre-production sample development, bulk production, packaging, and shipment as per timelines ensuring excellent quality.
• Create artwork briefs whilst also managing the artwork approval process
• Align stock pickup plan with the logistics team, and ensure timely deliveries of stock at the warehouse.
• Manage and schedule third party vendor payments, ensure timely release of payment
• Prepare competitive analysis for new products and understand the gaps in the market
• Understand the new project requirements – Budgetary COGs, packaging goals, product specifications, commercial goals, timelines.

Skills & Experience:

• 2-3 years experience in personal care industry.
• Familiarity with the FMCG/ beauty personal care industry is mandatory.
• Working experience with 3P manufacturers.
• Negotiation skills
• Problem solving attitude & go getter.
