Job Brief

• 4 to 5 years experience in IT and Non IT procurement, Vendor Management/ Asset Management experience, exp in license purchase or renewal is must• Responsible for IT and Non IT procurement (including Hardware, software, services and telecom requirements)• Responsible to source most cost-effective suppliers and do supplier due diligence and involve them strategic procurement deals• Work with internal and external stakeholders to determine procurement needs, quality and delivery requirements.• Examine and re-evaluate existing contracts and source new suppliers where it is necessary. • Administer contract performance, including delivery, receipt, warranty, damages and resolve payments issues liaising with Finance and supplier.• Establish and negotiate contract terms and conditions, and maintain supplier relationships• Interface directly with Finance, Operational, Functional Leadership and other units to document real savings that can be communicated throughout the organization• Provide external marketplace knowledge of the latest category dynamics, trends, benchmarks and best practices• Identify, prioritize and drive implementation of continuous improvement opportunities• Utilization of consistent methodologies to pursue deliverables that are aligned with strategic objectives and policies• Responsible for vendor management activities track vendor performance, schedule supplier performance review meeting meetings with vendor SPOC and IT and Non IT stakeholders on regular intervals depending on the supplier classification (High, Medium and Low), document the meeting minutes, share with the respective stakeholders and track the action items till closure. • Responsible to collect vendor management artifacts and file them in centralized location • Responsible for post contract review track the deliverables as per agreed terms• Responsible to track service credits wherever breach of SLAs

• MIS - prepare and publish monthly/quarterly/half yearly on IT and Non IT Procurement & Vendor Management
