Position:

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.

Tally

Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up with clients for timely payments.

Perform customer account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.

Maintain and update weekly/monthly AR aging reports.

Tally

Handle credit notes, debit notes, and adjustments.

Support month-end closing activities related to AR.

Prepare MIS reports, collection dashboards, and status updates.

Coordinate with internal teams and customers to resolve billing and payment issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.

3-6 years of hands-on AR experience.

Strong working knowledge of Tally (mandatory).

Experience with AR billing, collections, reconciliations, and reporting.

Good understanding of accounting principles.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in shared services / corporate finance environment.

Knowledge of DSO, credit control, and AR dashboards.

Exposure to ERP systems (SAP / Oracle) is a plus.
