Role & responsibilities

Talent Acquisition 75%

  • End-to-end recruitment for corporate and retail roles (Sourcing to On-boarding).
  • Vendor coordination and pipeline management.
  • Maintaining hiring SLAs and dashboard reporting.
  • Exposure to handling urgent closures and high-pressure mandates.
  • Ability to work closely with business heads to understand manpower requirements.

Employee Engagement 25%

  • Plan and execute employee engagement activities/events.
  • Support HR initiatives and employee communication drives.
  • Drive culture-building campaigns aligned with business goals.

Preferred Profile:

  • 5 to 8 years of HR experience (core TA experience is a must).
  • Strong sourcing techniques and understanding of current hiring trends.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in managing events, rewards programs, or recognition platforms.
  • Proficiency in Excel, MIS, and ATS is desirable.
