Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Talent Acquisition 75%

End-to-end recruitment for corporate and retail roles (Sourcing to On-boarding).
Vendor coordination and pipeline management.
Maintaining hiring SLAs and dashboard reporting.
Exposure to handling urgent closures and high-pressure mandates.
Ability to work closely with business heads to understand manpower requirements.

Employee Engagement 25%

Plan and execute employee engagement activities/events.
Support HR initiatives and employee communication drives.
Drive culture-building campaigns aligned with business goals.

Preferred Profile:

5 to 8 years of HR experience (core TA experience is a must).
Strong sourcing techniques and understanding of current hiring trends.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in managing events, rewards programs, or recognition platforms.
Proficiency in Excel, MIS, and ATS is desirable.
