Job Description

Role & responsibilities

To ensure the amenities and electrical appliances are there in the rooms as per the defined standard.
To ensure the common areas are spic and span as per the defined standards.
To execute and ensure cleaning schedule is followed.
To conduct briefing and allocate the staffing for the areas.
To update and record all cleaning activities.
To ensure that the grooming of all contractual staff is as per the standards.
To ensure garbage is segregated and disposed off in the defined area.
To ensure that as per the defined standards the linen is complete in all In-patient areas.
Responsibility of Total Hospital Linen its Laundry & Stocks in circulation
To coordinate with engineering department for maintenance.
To impart training to the contractual staff.
To inform and record the missing items from their allocated area to Team Leader-HK
To be well groomed, punctual & adhere to company policies and practices
To ensure that all housekeeping assets like, equipment, Linen, and consumables are used and stored properly to prolong their life
To have complete Awareness about Disaster Management Programme (DMP) of the hospital.
To Comply with the service quality Process, environmental & occupational issues & policies of the respective area
To Comply with patient safety policy
To ensure safe utilization of equipments and proper waste disposal system.
