Sr. Executive - Finance (CA Inter)

As a Sr. Executive - F&A, you will be responsible for the following key areas: Role Overview: You will be expected to ensure the timely closure of Books of Accounts by making necessary provisions and related entries according to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). Additionally, you will monitor fund inflow and outflow, conduct regular bank reconciliations, and focus on MIS development, analysis, and reporting to enhance the accounting system. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare for and facilitate internal and external audits, collaborating with all departments to ensure audit readiness. - Coordinate with auditors during various audits, including internal and statutory audits, and provide them with the necessary data. - Conduct timely account reconciliations at the end of the financial year. - Take charge of the preparation of the Balance Sheet to present a comprehensive financial overview. Qualifications Required: - B. Com/M. Com with CA-Inter qualification. - Possess 8-10 years of experience in Finance & Accounts within a reputable industry. - Good knowledge of Accounting Standards. - Hands-on experience with Windows and MS Office. - Strong analytical and logical skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Leadership abilities to effectively collaborate with various departments.
