Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Recruitment

Resourcing, screening and short listing resumes through various Resources or else internal

reference.

Short listing the resumes based on desired skills and experience.
Advertising vacancies, screening and short-listing resumes.
Conducting telephone and Personal interviews in coordination with department heads.
Preparing MIS, offer letter, employment contract and job descriptions, completing joining

Formalities and documentation.

Conduct Induction Program

Training & Development

Scheduling and arranging training Technical & Behavioral
Identification of training needs and nominating candidates for training.
Preparing IDP &Training Calendar
Provide Induction, Grooming & Leaves Policy Training.
Encouraging participation of employees in various organizational events.
Issuing training certificates after completion of the training.

HR Administration

Monitoring the house keeping& security activities for the Entire Factory premises.
Canteen Management.
Medical Arrangements for employees.
Monitoring safety measures in the plant along with safety personnel.
Conducting safety meetings once in a month.

Time Office & Payroll Management

Tracking attendance, maintaining leave records, PF records & ESIC.
Compilation & processing of attendance data in attendance system.
Processing monthly attendance musters for Employees.
Preparing Salaries & Wages
F&F Settlement

Employee Engagement

Celebrations Festival and other company events.
Effectively managing welfare measures, management - employee get together.
Developing employee engagement programs like Initiated and administered a welcome-mail

policy to all new joiners, Initiated regular Birthday mailers & celebration policy.
