Job Description

Experience : - 2-3 years of relevant experience Qualification - Any graduate Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage daily operations across all listed marketplaces (Flipkart, Amazon, Nykaa Fashion, PharmEasy, Meesho, Tata 1mg, JioMart). Build and maintain strong relationships with marketplace account managers. Manage inventory levels across all marketplaces to ensure optimal stock availability. Coordinate with fulfillment teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery. Address and resolve any issues or disputes with marketplaces in a timely manner. Resolve order-related,Account health & Product Standard issues and promptly and efficiently. Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and present findings. Stay up-to-date with marketplace policies, algorithms, and best practices. Monitor and optimize product performance and customer reviews. Inventory Reconciliation between ERP & Marketplace portal.
