Job Description

Develop visually stunning and interactive website designs for client projects (80%) and internal initiatives (20%). Take a hands-on approach to concept creation, initial designs, and revisions. Maintain design excellence and UX standards, pushing for innovation within the team. Collaboration & Communication Work closely with junior, mid-level, senior, and freelance designers to ensure seamless execution of projects. Attend client meetings to understand their objectives, budget, and design preferences. Partner with project managers to present designs and address client inquiries. Research & Development Stay updated with the latest web design trends, tools, and technologies to enhance creativity and workflow Explore new design methodologies, UX strategies, and agile design workflow to elevate company s digital presence. Educate and mentor fellow designers, sharing knowledge on new design techniques and tools. Process & Productivity Contribute to agile design processes by adopting modern design tools like Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD. Help the sales team by providing insights into design trends that could attract potential clients. Accurately track work hours using the companys time-tracking software. Requirements What We re Looking For: Proven experience in website and interactive design with a strong digital portfolio. Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), or similar software. Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, typography, color theory, and responsive design. Ability to translate client requirements into compelling visual designs. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic web development is a plus. A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills and an eye for detail. Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively across departments.
