Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sr. Executive - Corporate Affairs, based in the Kolkata Metropolitan Area. The primary responsibilities include managing corporate communication, ensuring adherence to corporate compliance requirements, liaising with regulatory authorities, and assisting in strategic decision-making processes. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and ensuring smooth functioning of corporate operations.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills for effective corporate communication and stakeholder engagement
• Proficiency in corporate compliance, legal document drafting, and regulatory liaison to ensure adherence to company and industry standards

• Knowledge of healthcare industry practices and corporate governance, with prior experience in a similar role considered a plus
