Position: Sr. Executive Sales & Marketing Head Quarter: Siliguri Territory Coverage: Malda, North & South Dinajpur, Jalpaiguri, Darjeeling, Coochbihar & Alipurduar Districts Industry: Medical Equipment & Healthcare Solutions Roles & Responsibilities: Responsible for achieving sales targets and business development in the assigned territory. Identify and approach new hospitals, nursing homes, clinics, and government institutions to generate new business opportunities. Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure regular follow-ups for repeat orders and client satisfaction. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to doctors, hospital administrators, and biomedical staff. Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional activities, exhibitions, and product campaigns. Monitor competitors’ activities and market trends to prepare suitable business strategies. Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain proper documentation related to sales. Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports to the Head Office. Work closely with service and logistics teams to ensure smooth installation and after-sales support. Preferred Candidate Profile: Qualification: Graduate / MBA in Marketing (Preferred). Experience: Minimum 2–5 years of experience in medical equipment or healthcare product sales . Age: Between 22 to 35 years . Skills Required: Strong communication and negotiation skills. Good understanding of hospital procurement processes and tender systems. Ability to travel extensively across assigned districts. Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently. Proficient in MS Office and digital communication tools. Language: Fluency in English, Hindi & Bengali will be an added advantage. Other Requirements: Must possess a two-wheeler and valid driving license. Compensation & Benefits: Salary: As per industry standards.
