Roles & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for achieving sales targets and business development in the assigned territory.
• Identify and approach new hospitals, nursing homes, clinics, and government institutions to generate new business opportunities.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure regular follow-ups for repeat orders and client satisfaction.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to doctors, hospital administrators, and biomedical staff.
• Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional activities, exhibitions, and product campaigns.
• Monitor competitors’ activities and market trends to prepare suitable business strategies.
• Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain proper documentation related to sales.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports to the Head Office.
• Work closely with service and logistics teams to ensure smooth installation and after-sales support.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Qualification:

  Graduate / MBA in Marketing (Preferred).

• Experience:

  Minimum

  2–5 years

  of experience in

  medical equipment or healthcare product sales

  .

• Age:

  Between

  22 to 35 years

  .

• Skills Required:

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Good understanding of hospital procurement processes and tender systems.
• Ability to travel extensively across assigned districts.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
• Proficient in MS Office and digital communication tools.

• Language:

  Fluency in

  English, Hindi & Bengali

  will be an added advantage.

• Other Requirements:

• Must possess a

  two-wheeler

  and valid driving license.
