SR Executive / Associate Manager

1. Trade Finance Operations

• Handle end-to-end trade finance activities including

  Letters of Credit (LCs), Bank Guarantees (BGs), Forward Contracts, and Bills Discounting

  .
• Manage import/export documentation, buyers credit, suppliers credit, and remittances.
  
• Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines, FEMA regulations, and company policies.
  

2. SAP Finance (FICO / Treasury Module)

• Post and reconcile trade finance transactions in

  SAP (FICO / Treasury / TRM modules)

  .
• Process vendor invoices, contract bills, and advance payments through SAP.
  
• Maintain accurate data for trade-related transactions in SAP & generate reports.
  

3. Banking & Treasury Management

• Coordinate with banks for credit facilities, BG/LC issuance, amendments, and closures.
  
• Monitor fund utilization, working capital, and credit limit usage.
  
• Support treasury in forex management, interest rate analysis, and hedging transactions.
  

4. Infrastructure Project Finance Support

• Manage financing documentation related to EPC contracts, subcontractors, and vendors.
  
• Liaise with project teams for billing milestones, retention money, and payment schedules.
  
• Ensure timely financial support for ongoing infrastructure projects.
  

5. Compliance & Reporting

• Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and statutory regulations.
  
• Prepare MIS reports on trade finance exposure, BG/LC status, and fund flow.
  
• Support statutory, internal, and bank audits with required documentation.
  

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of

  Trade Finance instruments

  (LC, BG, Import/Export Bills, Forex).
• Hands-on experience with

  SAP (FICO / TRM / Treasury modules)

  .
• Understanding of

  infrastructure sector contracts & project finance

  .
• Good communication & negotiation skills for bank and vendor coordination.
  
• Strong analytical, reconciliation, and reporting skills.
  
• Familiarity with RBI/FEMA guidelines & compliance processes.
  

Qualifications

• Education:

  MBA (Finance) / CA Inter / ICWA / M.Com / B.Com with relevant experience.

• Experience:

  2 – 8 years in Trade Finance, preferably in Infrastructure / EPC companies.

• Technical Skills:

  SAP (FICO/Treasury), MS Excel, ERP exposure. Roles
