Job Description

We at Yusen Logistics are hiring for Warehouse Operations role for Hoskote, Bangalore for Grocery products.

Role & responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and verify incoming grocery shipments for accuracy and quality (including perishable and non-perishable goods)
Follow FIFO (First-In, First-Out) and FEFO (First Expiry, First Out) inventory principles
Store products in appropriate locations (dry, refrigerated, or frozen zones)
Accurately pick and pack grocery orders for delivery to retail locations or customers
Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, or hand trucks safely and efficiently
Ensure proper handling of perishable items to maintain freshness and quality
Maintain clean, organized, and food-safe warehouse environment per HACCP or other food safety standards
Participate in regular cycle counts and assist with inventory reconciliation
Collaborate with warehouse team and logistics to meet delivery schedules
Comply with health and safety regulations and company policies

Preferred candidate profile

Knowledge of food safety standards and warehouse best practices
Familiarity with inventory management systems or warehouse software is a plus
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Flexibility to work shifts
