Job Description

Job Role

To Prepare Monthly/Weekly/Daily reports over Excel and circulate to all stakeholders.
To do co-ordination with 3PL & to ensure the receiving, putaway, stock audit, picking and dispatch of the goods as per defined TAT.
Responsible to manage the escalations raised from the dealers & claim closure within the defined TAT.
Responsible to minimize the MP cost via increasing the productivity and analysing the load patterns in inbound and outbound both.
Responsible to ensure the closure of the issues related to warehouse operation, IT, suppliers, Dealers.
Responsible for settlement of insurance claim within timeline.
Coordination between 3PL, planning team, dealer support team and other functions.
Responsible for timely reports to customer.
Responsible for Monthly Review of Warehouse Operation.
Maintaining documentation and keeping accurate records of warehouse activities.
Must have knowledge of Inventory Management.

Skills required:

Technical Skills

Proficient in MS Excel and PPT.
SAP (MM Module).
Presentation Skills
Very good communication skills [English]
Very good writing skills
Analytical thinking skills Qualification & Educational requirement

Bachelors degree

Masters (will be added advantage) Experience Required:

Experience: 2-7 yrs
