Job Description

Sr. Executive / Asst. Manager

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with the international marketing team to forecast and plan product demand at monthly and quarterly intervals.
Conduct demand planning with the sales team, ensuring timely communication of any changes.
Present demand forecasts and inventory metrics to management, with a focus on Canada and South Africa (ROW) market requirements.
Coordinate new product launches, ensuring timely availability and managing follow-ups for repeat orders.
Prepare and execute dispatch plans and dashboards, aligning with SBU budgets and timelines.
Lead S&OP meetings, generate monthly supply chain MIS reports, and compile weekly/monthly finished goods (FG) supply plans.
Forecast API requirements and address batch size concerns based on marketing and sales inputs.
Identify and manage slow-moving or non-moving inventory to minimize NPA exposure.
Track plan vs. actual performance, proactively identifying gaps and implementing corrective actions.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
5-10 years of experience in demand planning or supply chain management.
Proficiency in forecasting, inventory management, and cross-functional coordination.
Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
