Job Description

Title: Sr. Enterprise System Integration Developer

Location: Hybrid – New York City

The Client Integration Services group seeks a highly motivated integration professional with extensive knowledge of IBM’s Sterling Integrator, EDI, and managed file transmission systems. Candidates should have between 7 and 10 years of IT experience and have worked in a team environment on enterprise-grade production systems.


Must Have

  • ability to write scripts in SQL

  • at least five years' experience administering and engineering distributed system environments (RedHat Linux and Windows) for redundancy, resiliency, and optimized performance

  • at least five years' experience in IBM Sterling Integrator administration, business process development and installation, including BPML and SSP

  • at least five years' experience working with file encryption software such as PGP

  • at least five years' experience working with IBM MQ

  • strong knowledge in various transmission protocols such as SFTP (SSH), FTPS(SSL), AS2, GISB, NAESB and NDM/Connect: Direct

  • strong knowledge of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) transaction sets, standards (e.g., ANSI X12, EDIFACT), and workflows, with the ability to analyze, implement, and troubleshoot EDI processes across trading partners
