As part of this team, you will play a meaningful role in our network transformation through building a unified network across all lines of business and maintaining the technology that keeps millions of our customers connected. Performing expert level troubleshooting and debugging of both network and application system issues. Providing network technical assistance to external teams by communicating technical details to customer service centers, technical support organizations, and executive management teams during network events and major outages. Developing resolutions to complex problems that require the frequent use of creativity. Focusing on high availability, resiliency, security, efficiency, and operational supportability while meeting or exceeding the project schedule. Exercising judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining results. Accountable for the project results, summarizing the project status and documentation. What We’re Looking For... You’ll need to have: Bachelor's or four or more years of experience. Six or more years of experience in network engineering (LAN/WAN), with a deep understanding of routing protocols (MPLS, BGP, OSPF) and LAN technologies. Troubleshooting Skills: Proven ability to troubleshoot complex network issues within a large enterprise environment. Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to executives and stakeholders. Industry certifications such as CCNP, SASE Certification Self-motivated and forward-thinking Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Even Better If You Have Proficiency in SQL for database querying and manipulation. Experience with data visualization tools such as Grafana, Kibana, Tableau, or similar. Knowledge of programming language (Python) for data analysis.
