Sr. Engineer (Planning)

We are seeking a Senior Engineer with proven experience in planning, client billing, and subcontractor billing for construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing, verifying, and managing project schedules, monitoring progress, and ensuring accurate and timely preparation of bills as per client and subcontractor agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and update project schedules (daily, weekly, monthly).
• Monitor work progress and coordinate with site teams.
• Prepare, verify, and process client bills and ensure timely certification.
• Handle subcontractor/vendor billing, verification, and reconciliation.
• Ensure compliance with contractual terms and project requirements.
• Provide reports on planning, billing status, and cash flow to management.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams for smooth execution.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (or related field).
• Minimum 4 years of experience in planning and billing.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts, billing procedures, and project planning tools.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
