Sr. Engineer - Finishing

As a highly experienced Senior Engineer specializing in MIVAN shuttering and finishing works for high-rise residential/commercial real estate projects, your primary responsibility will be to oversee and manage the structural finishing works post MIVAN casting. Your role will involve ensuring the execution of tasks with precision, maintaining high-quality standards, and adhering to project timelines. You will be expected to supervise MIVAN shuttering, reinforcement, and concrete works, guaranteeing accuracy and safety measures are in place. Additionally, your duties will include managing various finishing activities post-MIVAN casting such as surface correction, POP/putty application, waterproofing, tiling, painting, and final fixtures. Collaboration with contractors, vendors, and internal teams is essential to maintain project schedules while complying with quality standards and specifications. Maintaining accurate site execution records, work checklists, and daily reports will be crucial in your role. You will need to conduct joint inspections for de-shuttering, finishing readiness, and handover stages. Monitoring MEP finishing coordination with civil finishing, reviewing contractor bills and progress, managing material resources effectively, and addressing site execution issues are also part of your responsibilities. To qualify for this position, you should hold a B.E./Diploma in Civil Engineering and possess proven expertise in MIVAN shuttering and finishing work. Strong knowledge of construction quality standards, detailing, and finishing checks is required, along with the ability to interpret structural and architectural drawings. Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD is expected, while familiarity with project management tools is advantageous. Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills will be essential for success in this role. Preferred candidates will have prior experience working on large-scale residential high-rise MIVAN projects and be familiar with RERA and safety compliance standards.
