Sr. Engineer Contract - Mumbai

Key Responsibilities

 Prepare, draft, review, and administer contract documents, including work orders,subcontractor agreements, and service contracts. Coordinate with project teams for scope definition, BOQs, and technical/commercial inputsfor contract formulation. Manage end-to-end contract lifecycle – from tendering and negotiation to finalization andclosure. Evaluate and negotiate vendor quotations, rate analysis, and commercial terms. Ensure contracts are in compliance with internal policies and regulatory/legal standards. Support in cost control, budgeting, and procurement alignment.

Qualifications
