Job Title: Site Engineer, Sr. Engineer (Civil) Company: Avdhesh Mishra and Co. — Delhi (Projects across India) About Us : Avdhesh Mishra and Co. is a leading Delhi-based construction firm specializing in government infrastructure projects for CPWD, NBCC, and other major public sector organizations. We are known for our quality execution, timely delivery, and strong presence in government tender projects. Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Site Engineer to oversee construction activities, ensure quality control, manage site operations, and coordinate with project stakeholders. The Site Engineer will play a crucial role in maintaining project timelines, budgets, and quality standards, particularly for government sector projects. Key Responsibilities: Supervise all on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with design, specifications, and safety standards. Coordinate with project managers, architects, consultants, and government officials. Ensure materials, equipment, and manpower are available at the site as per project schedules. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly site progress reports. Maintain site records, measurement books, and quality checklists. Conduct inspections and tests to ensure the quality of work as per CPWD and NBCC standards. Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations at the site. Manage subcontractors and laborers effectively. Assist in preparation of bills, quantity surveying, and project documentation. Resolve site issues and escalate any major problems to the project manager. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering. 6-10 years of site execution experience, preferably on CPWD, NBCC, or other government projects. Strong knowledge of government construction specifications, IS codes, and safety norms. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical documents. Excellent organizational and leadership skills. Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and basic construction management software. Willingness to travel and relocate to project sites if required. Location: Head Office: Delhi Hiring for the Project location - Rayagada (Odisha) , Narayanpatra(Odisha) Project Sites: Various locations across India (as per assignment) Salary: Competitive and as per industry standards (negotiable based on experience).
