Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Electrical Engineer to join our team at a dynamic construction site. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing all electrical systems and processes throughout the project lifecycle. This role demands a proactive individual with strong problem-solving skills and a solid understanding of electrical engineering principles applied to construction projects. Key Responsibilities: Planning Review and interpret electrical plans, blueprints, and specifications. Ensure designs comply with all relevant codes and safety standards. Coordinate electrical design with civil, mechanical, and architectural teams. Site Execution Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems (power, lighting, control systems, etc.). Monitor site work to ensure compliance with electrical engineering standards and project requirements. Resolve technical issues on-site in coordination with contractors and consultants. Project Management Prepare work schedules, materials submittals, and method statements. Assist in procurement of electrical materials and ensure timely delivery to the site. Ensure timely completion of electrical works in alignment with the project timeline. Quality & Safety Conduct regular inspections and quality checks on electrical installations. Enforce safety regulations and procedures to maintain a safe working environment. Document and report any discrepancies or deviations from design plans. Coordination & Communication Liaise with utility providers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders. Provide technical support and guidance to on-site electricians and technicians. Attend progress meetings and provide status updates on electrical works. Requirements: SSLC in CBSE Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. Minimum [3-5] years of relevant experience in construction site projects. Proficient in AutoCAD, ETAP, and MS Office tools. Strong knowledge of local electrical codes, standards, and regulations. Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills. Preferred:Experience in large-scale commercial or infrastructure projects. Knowledge of sustainable and energy-efficient electrical solutions. Familiarity with project management tools like Primavera or MS Project
