A renowned Company engaged in Steel Structure Fabrication Urgently looking for a Sr. CIVIL ENGINEER expert in BOQ and Billing and having experience in PEB. for their industrial project at Tilda Industrial Area, Raipur, Chhattisgarh

Duties & Responsibilities

• Planning, Estimation, Execution, Quality, BOQ and Billing of Client, Contractor and Sub contractor.
• Oversee construction operations and maintenance tasks at the project site.
• Conducting on-site investigations and assessing requirement of labour, material and equipment and overseeing construction operations.
• Monitor project progress and ensure design specifications, safety, and sanitation standards are met.
• Provide advice and resolve any emerging problems/deficiencies
• Oversee and mentor staff and liaise with a variety of stakeholders
• Collaborates with architects and contractors to ensure projects progress properly
• Manage repair, maintenance, and replacement of infrastructure.
• Assessing the work of the Contractors and verifying the Contractors bills
• Monitor progress and compile reports on project status.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Education

• BE/Diploma in Civil Engineering

Experience

• Having minimum 8-10 year experience in construction of an industrial plant and building, steel structures, fabrication, and erection
• Must have good technical knowledge and able to read and execute the drawings

Skills

• Having good communication skills and computer knowledge
• Effective coordination and monitoring.
• Problem solving skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
