Sr. Electrical Engineer-STEEL PLANT-SONIPAT

Leading the team of maintenance people to achieve the manufacturing goals and timely

completion of Maintenance Activity as per Plan.

• Planning and implementing preventive maintenance schedules of equipments to increase

machine up time/ equipment reliability; thereby accomplishing planned production targets.

• Handling the erection & commissioning of various machines & plant equipments.
• Overall responsible for Plant maintenance in shop i.e. Preventive maintenance & Breakdown

Maintenance of equipments etc.

• Overall responsible for Plant maintenance/Utility services/TPM/ 5S improvement activity/

Expansion Projects/ up gradation of machines for higher productivity.

• To plan and implement Engineering and Maintenance activities in the plant with significant

contribution in the areas of Technical support, trouble shooting & developmental activities.

• Working for Energy conservation by building awareness for the subject in team members &

helping them to actively implement in shop floor with the reports generated from Brain storming

within department.

• Keeping the track of Breakdown by monthly breakdown analysis report for planning the best

possible improvement in concern department by why? Why? Analysis & KAIZENS.

• To work for Inventory Control & initiate requisition of spares to lower down the mean machine

breakdown time & to have inventory control. To ensure plan and implement budgetary controls &

cost controls judiciously.

• To confirm to high standard of safety in the factory, to ensure strict compliance with all statutory

requirements in the areas of Maintenance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
