KRA/Job Description § Plan, develop, and test components, equipment, and systems to ensure they’re safe, reliable, and comply with requirements Maintain equipment, systems, and components to ensure their performance and capacity Research, evaluate, and recommend new technologies, systems, and applications Develop test plans and perform tests on electrical circuitry, equipment, and systems Perform maintenance on electrical circuitry, equipment, and systems Direct the installation and maintenance of electrical systems, components, and equipment Procure materials, supplies, equipment, and services Assemble and disassemble electrical systems, components, and equipment Assist in the preparation of cost estimates Maintain and improve engineering skills and techniques Plan, schedule, and evaluate projects Direct research, development, and design of electrical Ensure project stays within budget and timeline constraints. Assisting with recruitment, training, and onboarding. Ensuring a safe, positive work environment. Attributes Strong leadership, influencing and communication skills. Must be able to work with diverse employees, partners and governments from all parts of the world. Can be relied on to get the job done accurately and on time. • Must be an energetic self-starter with a passion for their work. An engaged, “hands on” team player. Advanced written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to partner effectively with all levels of staff.
