Sr Education Counselor

As a Student Guidance Counselor in our organization based in Pune, your primary responsibility will be to provide guidance and support to students seeking overseas education options and career paths. You will assist them with application processes, deadlines, and visa procedures, ensuring a smooth transition into their chosen institutions. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in financial planning by helping students explore funding options and scholarships available to them. Your expertise will be essential in recommending suitable universities and courses based on each student's individual preferences and goals. Building positive relationships with students and partners will be key to your success in this role. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate student records and staying updated on policy changes to provide the most relevant and up-to-date information to our clients. To qualify for this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) and experience in counseling or the education sector. Knowledge of overseas education and visa processes, strong communication skills, empathy, and organizational abilities are essential. Familiarity with CRM software is preferred. This role requires flexibility in working hours, as you must be comfortable working on Saturdays and Sundays to accommodate the needs of our clients and partners.
