We are seeking a knowledgeable and proactive EDI Support Analyst/Developer to manage, support, and develop Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) processes and integrations with trading partners, ERP systems, and internal applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for daily EDI operations, onboarding new partners, troubleshooting transaction issues, and implementing enhancements to improve business-to-business communications.
3+ years of hands-on experience in EDI development and support.
Strong understanding of EDI standards (ANSI X12, EDIFACT) and common transaction sets.
Proficiency with EDI tools and platforms (e. g. , IBM Sterling, Seeburger, Cleo, Gentran, GXS).
Experience working with ERP systems such as Oracle EBS, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, etc
Good knowledge of FTP/SFTP, AS2, VANs, APIs, and integration protocols.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
