Requirement

10+ years of experience in middleware development using Oracle SOA Suite (11g/12c) and WebLogic Server.
Strong experience in integrating with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP (Finance, SCM, HCM and Procurement).
Proficient in BPEL, XSLT, WSDL, XSD, REST/SOAP web services, OAuth 2.0, and JSON/XML transformations.
Knowledge of FBDI, ESS jobs, BI Publisher reports, and ERP Adapter configurations.
Design, develop, and deploy SOA and OIC integrations (BPEL, REST/SOAP APIs, file-based, event-driven).
Lead integration architecture, development, and implementation efforts across Oracle Fusion projects.
Strong problem-solving skills in middleware troubleshooting, error handling, and debugging.
Experience in stakeholder management and working with offshore/onshore teams.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Review impact of Oracle Fusion quarterly upgrades (25A, 25B, 25C, etc.) on existing integrations.
Manage deployments, version control, and documentation of integrations using DevOps practices.
Coordinate with Oracle support for SR resolution and root cause analysis for production issues.
Guide and mentor junior developers in best practices, code reviews, and design standards.
