What You'll Do - Job Responsibilities

As a Trainer:

• Conduct engaging digital marketing sessions for small student batches daily
• Inspire and mentor aspiring marketers to build real-world skills
• Track learner progress and ensure outcome-based education.
  

As a Digital Marketing Strategist:

• Own and execute comprehensive digital media strategies (SEO, SEM, SMM, Email, Content, Analytics)
• Build, manage, and grow the brand's social media presence across all key platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Develop platform-specific content plans, post calendars, and community engagement strategies
• Track and analyze social media performance metrics to guide ongoing improvements
• Manage the SEO team to consistently improve search rankings
• Coordinate with designers and editors to create scroll-stopping visual and video content
• Build and run high-converting campaigns for lead generation & brand awareness
• Collaborate with the sales team to align funnels, optimize conversions, and improve ROIs
• Oversee email marketing and automation tools (like Mailchimp, Hubspot)
• Track key metrics, recommend CRO changes, and lead data-driven growth.
  

Who You Are - Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing Strategy
• Strong exposure to SEO tools (e.g., Semrush, Ahrefs), CRMs, and automation tools
• Solid content creation and campaign planning skills
• Strong leadership, communication & analytical thinking
• Willingness to train students daily - We're looking for mentors, not just marketers
• Passion for continuous learning and team collaboration
