WHAT WE EXPECT YOU TO DO Daily Coordination & Monitoring Conduct daily check-ins with members from video, design, training, sales, etc. Track start times, attendance, active task focus, and end-of-day output Ensure every team member has clear deliverables and timelines Task & Performance Tracking Maintain and update task boards, project dashboards, and trackers Track progress of creative assets, training content, sales outreach, etc. Monitor team/individual productivity metrics and surface red flags early Timeline Management Ensure all projects meet deadlines and stay on schedule Spot and flag bottlenecks or misaligned dependencies across functions Coordinate workflows like: trainer design video marketing sales Inter-Team Communication Serve as the link between teams for cross-functional initiatives Ensure smoother handovers and reduce misunderstandings between teams Foster a collaborative, respectful environment across departments Resource Planning Flag when teams require additional support, software tools, or hires Highlight potential burnout, overcommitments, or process gaps before they grow Process Documentation Create and maintain SOPs (standard operating procedures) for recurring workflows Ensure clarity and reduce confusion around repetitive tasks or dependencies Reporting & Feedback Share a daily summary report to the founder and/or team leads Highlight progress, stuck points, and quick wins Recommend efficiency or communication improvements over time WHAT WE EXPECT YOU TO HAVE 5+ years experience in operations, coordination, or project support Strong with Google Sheets, Trello/Asana, dashboards, and reporting tools Tech-savvy willing to explore and learn new tools as the organization grows Proactive mindset – anticipates issues and acts before problems arise Diplomatic communicator – tactful when following up or escalating concerns Basic understanding of creative workflows, academic ops, and sales cycles Bilingual – comfortable in both English and Tamil Cultural fit – thrives in a fast-paced, multi-vertical startup environment with evolving priorities

Part Trainer. 100% Impact. As a Trainer: Conduct engaging digital marketing sessions for small student batches daily. Inspire and mentor aspiring marketers to build real-world skills. As a Digital Marketing Strategist: Own and execute comprehensive digital media strategies (SEO, SEM, SMM, Email, Content, Analytics) Build, manage, and grow the brand’s social media presence across all key platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.) Develop platform-specific content plans, post calendars, and community engagement strategies.
