Growth Marketer - Performance Ads & Funnels (8-10LPA)
About the Role We're looking for a Growth Marketer who lives and breathes performance ads, funnels, and lead generation. You'll own paid campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn, working directly with the founder to scale from 3L/month in ad spend to 10L/month and beyond. What You will be Doing Campaign Strategy & Execution Plan and manage campaigns on Google, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and LinkedIn. Optimize for key KPIs like CPL, CPA, and ROAS. Run A/B tests for creatives, audiences, and placements. Analytics & Data-Driven Insights Track and analyze campaign data using GA4, UTM tags, CRM reports, and heat-maps. Segment audiences and refine targeting based on performance. Regularly share insights and actionable recommendations. Budget & Funnel Management Allocate and manage ad budgets to maximize ROI. Recommend spend adjustments based on trends. Create and manage full-funnel campaigns using Email, WhatsApp automation, SMS, Retargeting, and Influencer campaigns. CRM & Automation Use CRM tools for lead nurturing and lifecycle marketing. Build automation flows using the AIDA model (Attention, Interest, Desire, Action). Conversion Optimization (CRO) Optimize landing pages for better conversions. Use tools like Hotjar, Google Optimize, Crazy Egg for UX improvements. Improve organic visibility with SEO best practices. Creative Collaboration Work with content and design teams to build engaging ad creatives. Ensure copy, visuals, and messaging align with brand and campaign goals. What We are Looking for Core Skills: 5+ years of experience in performance marketing / growth marketing. Experience in edtech, course-based products, or D2C. Hands-on expertise with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads. Strong knowledge of CRM tools, marketing automation, and funnel strategy. Comfortable with analytics platforms (GA4, heatmaps, UTM tracking). Basic understanding of SEO and CRO techniques. Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across teams.
