Sr. Digital Marketing Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Project Handling & Keywords Management-Drive traffic to the website/app through SEO, Google Ads, and meta search engines (e.g., TripAdvisor, Vrbo).
• Optimize listings on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Stayz platforms.
• Run performance marketing campaigns to generate direct bookings.
• Website Traffic & SEO
• Optimize website content for local keywords (e.g., “luxury villas in Goa”).
• Track and improve organic traffic, domain authority, and SERP rankings.
• Set up Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Search Console.
• Email & CRM Campaigns
• Create email workflows for guest re-engagement, review collection, abandoned inquiries.
• Use segmentation to target new, returning, and long-stay guests.
• Social Media & Content Strategy
• Manage Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube for brand visibility and seasonal offers.
• Coordinate influencer stays and user-generated content for brand credibility.
• Performance Tracking
• Report ROI on paid campaigns (PPC, Facebook Ads).
• Use tools like SEMrush, Hotjar, and GA4 for insights and user behavior analysis.
• Partner & Affiliate Management
• Collaborate with travel bloggers, tourism boards, and content publishers.
• Launch referral programs for property managers and guests.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
