Sr. Digital Marketing Executive

Company Overview: We are a fast-growing and creative-driven company looking for a talented Marketing Executive who can blend visual storytelling with high-performing Instagram ad strategies. If you have an eye for design and experience running successful Instagram campaigns, you’re exactly who we need. Key Responsibilities: Design engaging and on-brand visual content for social media, particularly Instagram. Plan, execute, and optimize Instagram ad campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to create cohesive campaigns across platforms. Analyze ad performance and adjust creatives and strategies based on real-time data and trends. Stay updated with Instagram algorithm changes, creative trends, and audience behavior. Facilitating strategic partnerships with influencers to enhance brand visibility. Maintain brand consistency across all creatives and campaigns. Support content planning and scheduling using tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite. Requirements: Proven experience in creating visual content for social media (especially Instagram). Hands-on experience with Instagram Ads and Meta Business Manager. Proficiency in design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar. Understanding of Instagram marketing strategies and best practices. Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and visual storytelling. Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree Portfolio showcasing social media graphics, ads, or video content. Knowledge of video editing tools (optional but a plus).
