Sr. Digital Marketing Executive

The Digital Marketing Executive will plan and execute digital campaigns to boost brand awareness, audience engagement, and website traffic. The role involves managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, analyzing performance, and refining strategies to achieve better results.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Planning:

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with the institute's goals.
• Plan campaigns across social media, email, content, and paid ads.
• Coordinate with the Awareness team on budgets and timelines.

Execution & Content:

• Manage and monitor social media campaigns.
• Create, curate, and schedule engaging posts, videos, and visuals.
• Maintain a content calendar and ensure brand consistency.

Engagement & Analytics:

• Engage with followers and handle online interactions.
• Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, growth, ROI).
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports with insights and recommendations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Proven experience in social media and digital marketing.
• Strong content creation and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with knowledge of social media tools.
• Creative, trend-savvy, and able to work collaboratively.
• Basic graphic design or video editing skills are a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
