Here is a summary of what will be expected from you: - **Role Overview:** You will be responsible for client acquisition, revenue targets, team leadership, market expansion, client relations, pitching & presentations, strategic planning, campaign execution, market analysis, reporting, and language proficiency. - **Key Responsibilities:** - Identify and close deals with new brands and advertisers targeting the Telugu audience. - Achieve monthly and quarterly offline ad sales revenue goals for Aadhans Telugu YouTube channel and news app. - Lead, mentor, and manage a small team of junior sales executives to ensure they meet their individual targets. - Drive growth by tapping into untapped markets, celebrity partnerships, and local businesses. - Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, agencies, and media buyers to increase retention and repeat business. - Deliver effective sales presentations and media plans using PPTs, Excel, and other reporting tools. - Design and execute sales strategies in coordination with the content and marketing teams. - Work with the production team to ensure ad campaigns are delivered smoothly and meet client expectations. - Track competitor activity, industry trends, and client feedback to adjust strategies proactively. - Maintain accurate sales reports, revenue forecasts, and regular performance updates for management. - **Qualification Required:** - Must be fluent in Telugu and English (spoken and written) to handle clients across regions. - Experience of 3 to 7 years in ad/media/digital sales; candidates from Telugu media background are preferred.
