We’re looking for a multi-skilled marketer who can take ownership of our social media presence, performance marketing campaigns, and creative designs. If you enjoy creating content, understand paid ad funnels, and can work with AI tools and Canva, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

* Plan, create, and schedule posts across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Facebook

* Monitor engagement and grow the community through DMs, comments, and stories

* Collaborate with the content and counseling team for reels and carousels

* Stay updated with trends in the education and career space

Performance Marketing

* Run and optimize paid ads on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, and YouTube

* Manage and monitor ad spends, ROAS, and lead quality

* Set up conversion tracking and retargeting campaigns

* Generate weekly performance reports with actionable insights

Graphic Design & Creatives

* Design social creatives, thumbnails, ad banners, carousels, etc., using Canva

* Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, or similar) to ideate or automate content

* Maintain brand consistency across all creatives

Requirements

* 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or social media management

* Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Canva

* Bonus: Knowledge of basic video editing (Reels/Shorts)

* Strong creative skills and attention to detail

* Ability to manage tasks independently and deliver on time
