This role is based in India. . Rimini Street Inc, HQ : Las Vegas, NV, USA a disruptor in third party ERP support services, established undisputed leadership and as a natural progression, entered India with Rimini Labs India kick starting operations in Hyderabad , in 2013 with Global Client Onboarding Services, IT shared services and Global Service Development. In no time, Rimini Labs India started Bengaluru operations going up the value chain with more complex product development (Oracle, SAP, Peoplesoft, JDE etc.) & advanced services (Managed services, Professional services, Security Managed Services etc). Position Summary Primarily responsible for assisting the SAP ABAP teams across regions in effectively providing solutions to the issues and finishing the developments. Other responsibilities include providing support for SAP Development activities for all global clients. This support includes understanding the flow and integration of data and information through related business processes and systems, resolving day to day system issues, recommending system design changes, thorough testing, and documentation. Also, the Senior developer/KANBAN Lead should be able to guide/mentor the developers in any of the development work or development process. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Design medium to high complexity solutions for SAP R/3 4.6 - ECC 6.0 updates across multiple functional modules and produce quality products. Perform unit testing on assigned updates, including appropriate documentation. Provide guidance and support to RSI Support Engineers on escalated issues Work closely with SCRUM team un understanding the design Provide mentoring and guidance to team members in same SCRUM/KANBAN team Coordinate handovers and knowledge transfers required to complete assigned work on schedule Follow a defect-free mindset in designing, developing, testing and delivering solutions Skills & Experience 10+yrs of Advanced experience in SAP ABAP HR programming. Good knowledge in any of the European country payrolls. Experience in Object oriented programming - Classes, methods Expertise in SAP Script / Smartforms / Adobe Forms Expertise XML as it relates to SAP products and landscapes BADIs, Implicit & Explicit enhancements Design medium to high complexity solutions for SAP R/3 4.6 - ECC 6.0 updates across multiple functional modules and produce quality products. Good knowledge in Agile process like SCRUM or KANBAN (preferably CSM certified) Additional Duties & Responsibilities (other job related duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time) Why Rimini Street?
