Job Description

Core Responsibilities

Design & Development: Creating complex 2D/3D models, performing tolerance/stress analyses, and generating detailed manufacturing drawings.
Technical Leadership: Guiding design decisions, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring adherence to engineering principles.
Project Management: Overseeing design stages, coordinating with cross-functional teams (manufacturing, testing, supply chain).
Mentorship: Providing guidance and technical support to junior design engineers.
Quality & Compliance: Ensuring designs meet industry standards, DFM (Design for Manufacturing) principles, and validation requirements.

Key Skills & Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's/Master's in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field.
Experience: Extensive experience (often 5+ years) in design roles.
Software: Proficiency in CAD (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, CATIA) and analysis tools.
Knowledge: Strong grasp of materials, manufacturing processes (injection molding, metal forming), and engineering fundamentals.
Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
