As a Sr CX Prog Mgt Professional here at Honeywell, you will play a pivotal role in managing and driving customer experience programs. Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage customer experience programs from initiation to completion, ensuring successful delivery of program outcomes
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define program objectives, develop project plans, and allocate resources
  • Drive the implementation of customercentric strategies and initiatives to enhance the overall customer experience
  • Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and ensure program milestones are met
  • Monitor program performance, track key metrics, and provide regular updates to stakeholders
  • Foster strong relationships and collaboration with internal stakeholders to drive program success
  • Continuously improve program management processes and methodologies

Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE
  • 5+ years of experience in program management, specifically in customer experience.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering customer experience programs.
