As a Customer Success Manager at our rapidly growing early-stage startup, your role will be crucial in expanding our customer adoption, retention, and success. You will work closely with the founders, tech team, and growth team to scale our next-gen AI-powered products effectively. **Responsibilities:** - Build professional relationships with assigned accounts and newly onboarded customers. - Acquire and maintain technical understanding of Fountain9's product. - Exceed customer retention goals and ensure consistently high retention rates. - Establish strong, trusted relationships with key decision-makers and users throughout the customer lifecycle. - Understand clients" needs, objectives, and processes to drive successful adoption of Fountain9's product. - Collaborate with the tech and growth teams. **Qualifications:** - 2 to 4 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting for a SaaS/product company. - Strong knowledge of Supply Chain Management & Inventory Management concepts. - Proficiency in Excel and SQL is advantageous. - Experience in handling enterprise customers. - Track record of building strong executive-level relationships. - Project management skills and ability to multitask. - Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset. - Exceptional communication and relationship management skills.
