Sr. Marketing Manager/ Marketing Manager (Performance Marketing)

As a Marketing Manager at our rapidly growing early-stage startup based in Mumbai, you will play a crucial role in establishing and managing all marketing channels for our next-gen AI-powered products. Reporting directly to one of the founders, you will collaborate closely with the engineering team and design agency to drive business growth through innovative marketing strategies. Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing marketing strategies to actively generate leads, owning the performance of all marketing channels, creating valuable content for the website, blogs, and marketing collateral, managing and updating the company website, and collaborating with a cross-functional team of engineers, product managers, and design agencies. To be successful in this role, you should possess an MBA in Marketing or Sales from a reputed university, at least 2 years of experience in marketing for B2B SaaS products (optional but preferred), a proven track record in establishing lead generation and marketing channels for enterprise tech, a strong understanding of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and marketing automation, excellent written and verbal communication skills for creating various materials, strong analytical skills, and knowledge of website analytics tools.
